Serving :- For 2 Medium Pizza
Time duration :- 40-45 Min
Today I am gonna make pizza sauce, for my Pizza . Homemade pizza , yes! believe me you will love it, if you self cook and eat with your family and friends (as I do now a days and received lots of appreciation in my part which are not less than any asset for me). And one more important thing is that of-course you will save a lot.
Homemade pizza sauce is fairly easy to make and only requires few basic ingredients and seasonings. Red pizza sauce is tomato-based, while white pizza sauce is cream-based. This recipe is for red Pizza sauce and basically it’s a Italian sauces, but I tried to make it little bit spicy to give little Indian style touch. We can use this sauce in various recipe like pasta , spaghetti , macaroni, lasagna etc.

Let’s Jump for real action now……
- 3-4 well ripped tomato
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Red chili flakes
- 2-3 fresh basil leaves (or dry cursed basil leaves)
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- salt to taste
- 1/4 black pepper cruised
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp green chili paste
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Method :- Take a Deep pan , add some water and keep it on medium flame for 5 min. When it starts boiling , put all tomatoes in boiled water. Make note here that as I want to peel my tomatoes easily, I put some cuts on tomatoes on both sides . Put the cuts at the surface of tomato with knife gently. After 4-5 min just switch off the flame and take out the tomatoes carefully from the water and keep them aside in some plate for cooling , for sometime.
Now take a heated souse pan and add olive oil. When oil is hot, add ginger garlic paste for 15 seconds and mix it well. Now add green chili paste and tomato and cook for 5-6 mins. Now you can add all mentioned spice ingredients, sugar and Tomato ketchup. While souse is getting cooked we need to keep it stir otherwise it can burn at bottom. Also while cooking you may cover it with lid for sometime and let it cook over little flame, but make sure to check it in-between to avoid any “burn at bottom”. Once tomatoes got soften and mixed nicely and remove the lid and switch off the flame .
